Naval Hospital Bremerton, WA intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Rees Scientific Corporation. The proposed contract action is for a Rees Centron Monitoring System. The following medical equipment is required: QTY1: ENTERPRISE CENTRON-SW ENVIRONMENTAL MONINTOR QTY 1: ENTERPRISE CENTRON ADDITIONAL NODE QTY 2: DIACAP SOFTWARE MODULE QTY 3: CLIENT ACCESS LICENSE QTY 5: V2-NET NETWORK DEVICE QTY 18: REES DIRECT SEQUENCESPREAD QTY 94: MODIFICATION TO V2 MODULE THAT PERMITS ENCRYPTION QTY 6: TEMPERATURE PROBE QTY 5: LICENSE FOR 16 ADDITIOANL UNITS QTY 1: CENTRON SOFTWARE QTY 2: VALIDATION KIT QTY 1: SINGLE PHASE INSTALLATION This sole source action is in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES and no competitive solicitation will be issued; however, any firm that believes it can meet these requirements or provide an equal product may give written notification to the contract specialist for consideration.
