The subject requirement is for the acquisition of NSN 4240-01-574-0491 for a drawing item.  An IDPO with a base year and option year is antiicpated.  The total duration base plus option year shall not exceed 2 years.  Solicitation will be set-a-side for small business.  The solicitation will be available on July 22, 2015 at https:www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/.  Hard copies are not available.  Increments and delivery schedule will be noted on the RFP.  FOB Origin is required.  All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered.  While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
