This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations and NO solicitation document is available. However, ANY Small, Women-Owned, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, HubZone, Small Disadvantaged Veteran-Owned business/firm etc., under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 334511 and small business size 750, that believes it can meet these requirements may give notification to the Purchasing Agent, or Contracting Officer by 11:00pm local eastern time on March 21, 2014. 1. Item no. 51730; Refurbished 3NFR Radar Reflective NUN Buoy; Type 350; color Red; complete with refurb metal set, ship assembled
2. Item no. 51730; Refurbished 5NFR Radar Reflective NUN Buoy; Type 350; color Red; complete with refurbished metal set, ship assembled
3. Item no. 51730; Refurbished 5CFR Radar Reflective CAN Buoy; Type 350; color Green; complete with refurbished metal set, ship assembled
4. Item no. 51730; Refurbished 6NFR Radar Reflective NUN Buoy; Type 350; color Red; complete with refurbished metal set, ship assembled
5. Item no. 51730; Refurbished 6CFR Radar Reflective CAN Buoy; Type 350; color Green; complete with refurbished metal set, ship assembled
6. Shipping cost, if any.

All items must conform with the U.S. Coast Guard Specification 450F.

Delivery destination location is: U.S. Coast Guard Base, 4000 Coast Guard Blvd, Portsmouth, VA 23703. The POC info at destination will be provided at time of award.

Proposals/Offers must include:
(1) The Solicitation Number;
(2) The Name, Address, and Telephone Number of the offeror;
(3) A technical description of the items being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation;
(4) Price, Estimated Delivery Date, and any Discount terms;
(5) Federal Tax ID Number and DUNS Number; and
(6) If the offer is not submitted on Form SF-1449 include a statement specifying the extent of agreement with all terms, conditions, and provisions included in the solicitation. Offers that fail to furnish required Certifications and Representations or information, or reject the terms and conditions of the solicitation may be excluded from consideration;
