For those sources who are interested in becoming an approved source, Procurement Note L04 (Offers for Part Numbered Items) and Procurement Note M06 (Evaluation of Offers for Part Numbered Items), outlines the Offeror’s requirements and will be included in the solicitation. (Alternate offerors must provide a complete SAR package, which includes data for the approved and alternate part).

Delivery is 397 days. Language will be included in the solicitation that reserves the right to consider offered delivery times that exceed the number of days required by the government.

This item will be shipped to a Government stock location in Oklahoma City, OK.

FOB: Origin, Inspection/Acceptance: Destination. FDT Applies.

This solicitation is an RFP and will be available at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on or around April 2021. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available and must be downloaded from the internet site above.

Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested parties may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.

While price might be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, and past performance.

This solicitation will not include DLA Procurement Note L09, Reverse Auction.
