NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS.

The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) intends to enter into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with iina¿ ba¿ inc. for remediation services for the BIA Chinle Quarters under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), Contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available (e.g., urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand-name or industrial mobilization).

The Government anticipates the award of a contract to iina¿ ba¿ inc. for an estimated period of 5 days for the remediation to be completed.

Due to the hazardous material and safety issues, iina¿ ba¿ inc. was selected for the remediation services.

No solicitation is available and no technical questions will be answered for this requirement. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 562910. If a firm believes that BIA should not pursue this procurement, it should submit a capability statement and pricing information for the requirement by 4:00pm MDT on May 25, 2021.
