Project plans, specifications and contract documents are available for public inspection without charge at the office of the Architect, Jess Holmes, FAIA, LLC, located at 524 W. Main St., Artesia, NM 88210, Tel: 575-736- 8620. Call in advance to make an appointment to examine the documents. Bidders/Contractors wishing to purchase the Contract Documents may do so by arranging to have a digital thumb drive mailed to them by the Architect at a cost of $25.00 per drive including standard postal mailing costs. Any costs for expediting or overnight delivery will be borne by the Bidder/Contractor. Thumb drives containing the Contract Documents are not refundable. Should Bidder/Contractors wish to purchase hard copies of the Contract Documents, they may do so at their own expense by contacting Alpha-Omega Printing, 211 W. 3rd St., Roswell, NM 88201, Tele: 575-624-2700. There will be no refunds for returned documents.
