This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement F3G3CG819A003 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26. The NAICS for this solicitation is 611699. The size standard for a small business under this NAICS code is 6.5M. This is a commercial request for Remotec Robotics Operation, Maintenance, and Troubleshooting Course.

Salient characteristics are as follows: 5-day (20-hour) training course for operation, maintenance and troubleshooting on HD1, RONS, and F-6 robot platforms used by EOD operators to meet mission/contingency requirements both CONUS and deployed locations. Training course shall be divided as follows: 8 hours classroom/12 hours applications; including textbooks, written and practical tests. Training course will take place at the EOD flight located at Nellis AFB, Las Vegas, Nevada, 89191.


Quotes must be tailored to the specific requirements and only the specific requirements. Quotes should be in the following format: price for each item independently and price for combined line items.. Award Basis: Best Value. Award decision will be based upon the offer representing the best value to the government considering the following factors; price, technical capability, salient characteristics, quality, design, warranty, the award shall be made in the aggregate.
