DUE TO TECHNICAL ISSUES WITH THE AFWAY PORTAL ALL NETCENTS-2 SOLICITAITONS ISSUED PURSUANT TO FAIR OPPORTUNITY ARE CURRENTLY BEING POSTED ON FBO.

ONLY AWARDEES UNDER THE NETCENTS-2 IDIQ CONTRACT WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD UNDER THIS SOLICITATION.

COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION:  This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions.

The solicitation document PR #F4FTAX8101A001, is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) and incorporates FAR provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-99.  Reference the PR solicitiation number in the subject line of the RFQ response.

This requirement is for the following products:   

RemoteView Software - please see attached Bill of Materials and J&A.

All items must be TAA compliant in accordance with FAR.

DPAS rating is DO-A7.

NETCENTS-2 pricing is required.

All NETCENTS-2 clauses apply, in addition to those listed in the Clauses attachment.

Award will be made to the lowest price, technically acceptable, responsive, responsible offeror.

Anticipated Award Date is:  19 July 2018
