This solicitation is full and open competition. The associated NAICS code is 511210 and the small business size standard is $25M.

The requirement is for RemoteView annual software maintenance from 31 Jan 2011 through 30 Jan 2012. Descriptions and quantities are listed on the attached Bill of Materials and Brand Name Justification.

The offeror shall only provide a quote for the specific brand names listed. For the ease of reviewing all quotes, please keep all part numbers in the same order as listed. Offeror must quote on all items or none.

Delivery schedule is thirty (30) days after receipt of order. Delivery is FOB Destination to Wright-Patterson AFB, OH.

Please note if the manufacturer requires a licensee agreement to be signed by the Government, the terms and conditions of that agreement are required to be in compliance with all Federals laws, statutes, and the FAR. Therefore, please modify accordingly and submit with your quote.

Contractors must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to award. The CCR website is https://www.bpn.gov/ccr.
