The recent completion of the Critical Runway Assessment and Repair Joint Capability Technology (CRATR) Demonstration at Avon Park Air Force Range generated a sizeable quantity of concrete rubble, soil cement mix and dirt. The rubble is stored at the southeast corner of the airfield in two inactive aircraft key holes. This has created an obstruction requiring removal and disposal, to decrease risks to aircraft traffic. The contractor shall furnish all labor tools, equipment, materials, transportation, permits and other necessary items, and services to remove spoils (concrete, soil cement mix, and dirt materials) that are stockpiled within the marked key holes areas, removal of erosion control silt screen fencing around the key holes, level grade the dirt shoulders around the key holes, and sweeping off the paved areas. See attached Statement of work and site plan.
