Project Title: Remove Wallpaper and Paint Rooms 204 and 205, Bldg 1725
a. This is a Request for Proposal in accordance with the attached Statement of Work.
b. The projected magnitude of construction for this project is less than $25,000.
c. The anticipated contract is a Firm Fixed Price and Total Small Business award. The Small Business must be registered and current in System of Award Management prior to award.
d. The desired Period of Performance for the project is 60 days from the contract award date to closeout.
e. A site visit will be held on 10 September 2019 at 10:00 AM. If you do not have a visitor pass you will need meet at 9:30 AM at Hanscom AFB, Visitor Control Center. You will need a current license, current vehicle registration, and current proof of insurance, as well as a photo ID for any passenger.
f. If you plan on attending the site visit please submit who is attending, company name, phone number and email address via email to the POC by no later than 9 September 2019.
g. Submit any technical or contractual questions via email to the POC. Please submit all questions by 11 September 2019, 10:00 AM.
h. Proposals must be valid up to 30 days after the submission deadline.
i. Proposals must be received via e-mail no later than 16 September 2019, 12:00 PM EST.
j. If you cannot or elect not to attend the site visit, you may still submit a proposal via email.
k. As in Section M, proposals are evaluated for award by lowest price technically acceptable.
l. NOTICE TO OFFERORS: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an Offeror for any costs.
