Naval Criminal Investigative Services (NCIS) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price, Sole Source purchase order for Code 00C to CQ Roll Call, Inc, 77 K Street, NE 8th Floor Washington, DC 20002. The agency’s requirement is to renew the specialiszed subcription of The Congressional Quarterly services, this is a mission-critical service for the NCIS Communications Directorate. In addtion The Congressional Quarterly services provides substantive, detailed and timely information on congressional bills that directly impact NCIS activites at both the HQ and the field office levels. CQ.com provides NCIS with access to congressional legislation, committee converage, reports, transcripts and government documents in a timely manner, an online subscription to Roll Call magazine, and a copy of CQ Weekly magazine. These serices are utilized dail in our congressional liaison responsibilites. CQ.com services also include the orgination of automictic daily emails, addressing NCIS-profiled itmes of interest. Though there are similar services thast are available at no cost, it would be time prohibitive and not possible to achieve the needed level of analysis, subtance and timeliness that access to CQ.com provides.
