Naval Criminal Investigative Services (NCIS) intends to award a sole source purchase order to Environmental Systems Resesrch Institute Inc.(ESRI), located at 380 New York Street, Redlands, CA 92374 in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source. The agencies requirement is for the purchase of annual maintenance for ARCINFO ARCCREDITOR, ARCVIEW AND ARCGIS MAINTENANCE. ESRI is the owner, manufacturer and the sole provider of the software maintenance. The determiantion not to complete the requirement will be at the sole discretion of the Government.
