The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Savannah District, intends to issue a Sole Source purchase order under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) to CostWorks to provide renewal of RSMeans subscription.  CostWorks is the sole software manufacturer for RSMeans.  This is not a request for quotations (RFQ).  Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
