The procurement method to be utilized is FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Offerors will be required to submit a technical proposal and past performance, as well as a price proposal for evaluation by the Government. Award will be made to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror.

The estimated cost of construction is between $100,000.00 and $250,000. The contractor shall complete all works within 330 calendar days after contract award.
