The RFP can be obtained from the Muscogee County School District, Office of the Director of Construction, located at 2960 Macon Road, Columbus, Georgia 31906, or may be obtained through the District’s website, at www.muscogee.k12.ga.us. Click on Vendors button, and then the yellow highlighted box; “Click here for Construction ITBs and RFPs”, where our Request for Proposals (RFP) can be found. The services will consist of pre-construction services, including cost estimating, constructability analysis, scheduling and phasing, Value Engineering (VE), and then Construction. The Construction Manager (CM) will assist the Owner in finalizing the phasing and scheduling of the work. The Renovations might include all typical construction trades, including mechanical, electric, plumbing, demolition, painting, floor covering, other finishes, as well as ADA compliance work, and local ordinance compliance work.
