The United States Geological Survey, Columbia River Research Laboratory, Cook, WA, requires repair and recalibration services for its acoustic telemetry monitoring equipment, manufactured by Hydroacoustic Technology , Incorporated (HTI). Equipment potentially to receive this service includes the following: Model 295 data logger (33 units)Model 590-series hydrophone (154 units)Model 690 hydrophone cable (82 units)Model 290 acoustic receiver (14 units) The services will ensure that the monitoring equipment continues to run optimally. Equipment will be returned to factory specifications. These systems contain proprietary information that would be impossible for another vendor to replicate. Therefore, no solicitation for proposals will be requested from other vendors for this requirement.
