2.1.1. Replace existing stone retaining wall with reinforced concrete (RC) retaining wall. (Approx. 126 Linear Meter (LM), Height: 5.8 Meter (M) max including foundation depth)
2.1.2. Provide patterned surface on new RC retaining wall.
2.1.3. Provide earth shoring and scaffoldings during RC retaining wall construction to protect the buildings, slopes, and parking lot. (Approx. 126LM)
2.1.4. Provide steel grate covered concrete ditch along the top of entire RC retaining wall. (Approx. 126 LM)
2.1.5. Replace 2ea existing concrete stairways with new including metal handrails and painting. (Approx. 30 LM @ 2ea)
2.1.6. Provide earth hill cut and secure space for future natural gas governor house by other contract. (Approx. 1,164 Cubic Meter (CM))
2.1.7. Replace/expand existing asphalt pavement with new at parking lot including wheel stopper, concrete curbs, and parking spot markings. (Approx. 260 Square Meter (SM))
2.1.8. Replace/expand existing concrete deck and sidewalk connecting to new RC retaining wall top with metal handrails and painting. (Approx. 150 SM)
2.1.9. Provide metal roof on top of existing concrete bunker walls. (Approx. 10 SM)
2.1.10. Provide concrete gutter and curbs as indicated in the site plan. (Approx. 155 LM)
2.1.11. Replace existing hill and grass area with asphalt paved road. Pavement shall include base course with asphalt concrete surface. (Approx. 746 SM)
2.1.12. Reroute existing 4" diameter water distribution line as indicated in the site plan. The water pipe shall be AWWA C900 Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) pipe and fittings in compliance with Unified Plumbing Code. (Approx. 30LM)
2.1.13. Remove/transplant existing trees on the hill.
2.1.14. Replace existing 1ea double door at bunker entrance.
2.1.15. Repaint existing concrete walls of bunker.
2.1.16. Provide sodding for disturbed area.

B. Horizontal Shop Yard

2.1.17. Replace existing CMU wall with chain link fence (FE-7 type) including 3 feet deep concrete footings. (Approx. 858 LM)
2.1.18. Remove/Dispose existing CMU wall debris to appropriate off-base disposing site. (Approx. 966 CM)
2.1.19. Replace/provide existing brown canvas cover on chain link fence. (Approx. 2,950 SM)
2.1.20. Replace existing 3ea double swing vehicle gates with new.

C. B769

2.1.21. Replace CMU retaining wall with new reinforced concrete wall. (Approx. 10LM, 2.2M height including footing)
2.1.22. Replace existing concrete sidewalk in front of B769 entrance. (Approx. 1.5M wide, 20LM)
Replace existing downspout in front canopy of B769 and install & connect the downspout to new storm inlet.
