Project No. ZNRE 12-1009, Repair Dormitory 331, Yokota Air Base, Japan. This project includes, but not limited to, Architectural work, Environmental work, Electrical work and Mechanical work to renovate Dorm 331. The Architectural work includes the interior finish at housing units such as removal and installation of carpets, doors & windows, cabinets and painting work. Environmental work means lead-base painting and asbestos abatement. Electrical work includes removal & installation power distribution system, lighting fixtures, receptacles and fire alarm system. Mechanical work includes removal & installation the ventilation and plumbing system. The magnitude of this project is between Y50,975,850 and Y101,951,700, in accordance with FAR 36.204 (e), which means the Government's Cost Estimate falls in this magnitude. Site orientation will be held on 29 Mar 11, from 1330 hours at Bldg. 620 Yokota Air Base, Tokyo, Japan. All offerors are encouraged to participate in the site orientation.
