This solicitation is for the purpose of the United States Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RI) Contracting
Center requesting a proposal to grade, pave, and update the storm sewer system along the
East Street Corridor from Rodman Avenue to Blunt Road and the parking lot of Building
(BLDG) 90 on US Army Carrison – Rock Island Arsenal (USAG-RIA). All work is to be
done in accordance with the Scope of Work for PR 2018-4555.
