The 49th Contracting Squadron at Holloman Air Force Base, New Mexico is currently seeking potential sources for a non-personal services contract to provide repair of a Pratt & Whitney Labmaster Universal length measuring system. The system was contaminated with water and various mineral and corroded metal particulates from a faulty external compressed air supply system. As a result, system components no longer travel smoothly along its air bearing path and measurement results are erratic/unreliable/faulty. Repair is expected to involve
component cleaning/reconditioning/replacement and full system alignment and testing.
Special Requirements:
All components and systems proposed by the contractor must be compatible with the proprietary systems incorporated by Pratt & Whitney Measurement Systems, Inc.
SUBMISSION:
Firms responding to this sources sought notice are also requested to provide the 49th Contracting Squadron with capability statements limited to three pages, which must include at a minimum:
-Company Name
-Point of contact name, number, and email address
-Be registered in System for Award Management (SAM)
-Business size status (8(a), Small Business, Hubzone, Woman-owned, Large Business, etc.)
-Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code
