The United States Coast Guard Engineering Logistics Center has a requirement for services to open, inspect, report, and possible overhaul of 1) NSN 4320-01-535-4782, centrifugal pump, PN: LF 3196, qty 6 each. Manufacturer: Goulds Pump Inc. Repairs shall be accomplished in accordance with ELC overhaul descriptions. Delivery shall be F.O.B. Destination, USCG Engineering Logistics Center, Receiving Room Bldg. 88, 2401 Hawkins Point Road, Baltimore, MD 21226. It is anticipated that a non competitive sole source purchase order will be issued to Goulds Pumps Inc. or an authorized repair facility. It is the Governmentââ¬â¢s belief that only Goulds Pump or their authorized repair facilities can perform overhauls. Interested sources that possess the capabilities of obtaining the required technical, engineering and manufacturing data for Goulds Pump and possess the capabilities of overhauling the above items can submit information regarding capabilities. This information must include (1) complete and current engineering data to demonstrate the acceptability of the offered parts (i.e. salient physical, functional and serviceability characteristics), 2) data that the offered parts have been satisfactorily overhauled for the government or the original equipment manufacturer. Concerns that respond to this notice must fully demonstrate the capability to accomplish the above and are to supply pertinent information in sufficient detail to demonstrate a bona fide capability to meet the requirements within three days of this notice. The submission of this data shall not impede award of this contract. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. Request for Quotation (RFQ) HSCG40-08-Q-50126 shall be available for download from FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov) on or about April 11, 2008. Quotations are due April 21, 2008 and it is anticipated that award will be made by April 30, 2008.
