This requirement for the repair of 24 NSNs associated with the LANTIRN system will be solicited on a sole source basis to Lockheed Martin Corporation, CAGE  16331, in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements". 

The solicitation will be issued on, or about, 20 March 2015 and the resultant Indefinite Delivery contract will include five, one-year ordering periods.
