Description: The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst Contracts Office intends to release a Request for Quote (RFQ) to AAI Corporation (cage code: 97384), Hunt Valley, MD on a sole source basis to procure Repair of Repaiables (RORs) service for the Joint Service Electronic Combat System Tester (JSECST) end items Circuit Card Assembly and Power Monitor, P/Ns 37534-47019-10 and 37534-47030-10 AAI Corporation is the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer of the JSECST AN/USM-670.

The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 3204 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1. The Government does not own the data rights. A competitive drawing package for this effort is not available. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal in writing that may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government, not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
