The Regional Maintenance Center at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, Bremerton, Washington intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price, Stand-Alone contract for the repair and maintenance of Open Lighter Barge YC-1624   located at Naval Base Kitsap Bremerton, Washington. Firms possessing the capability and qualifications would provide the labor, material, and services to accomplish repairs, maintenance, refurbishment, and preservation of the barge. Repair and refurbishment requirements shall include all hull, mechanical, restoration, and maintenance of structures within the barge. Contractors' dry-dock facility must possess the capability of accommodating barges with the following dimensions:

YC-1624: L 110' x W 32' with a Draft of 7'
Full Displacement: 659 L Tons
Light Displacement: 115 L Tons

The anticipated period of performance for this acquisition is:
 May 31, 2016 through August 5, 2016.
The offeror' s dry-docking facility must meet Dry-Dock Facilities Certification.

The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price, Stand Alone contract to the responsible contractor on a lowest price, technically acceptable basis in accordance with, but not limited to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.101.2. The factors and associated sub-factors will be used to evaluate any offerors Technical, Past Performance, and Price.
