The 49th Contracting Squadron and 46th Test Squadron at Holloman AFB, NM intend to award a sole source, firm-fixed price contract to Space Electronics, LLC, 81 Fuller Way, Berlin, CT 06037-1540 for the service of (1) repairing a KSR1320-1500 Mass Properties Measurement Instrumentation at Holloman AFB, NM 88330. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation will be issued; however, the Government will consider all proposals received by 3:00 pm MST January 29, 2009. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability by submitting literature, detailing how their product/service meets the requirements of the 46th Test Squadron to the Contract Administrator, A1C Kanon Morris, via fax or email at 575-572-7503 or [email protected]. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
