The Army Contracting Command (ACC) Warren, MI is seeking to identify sources that can fulfill a 12 month Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) service contract to stock, store, issue, test, and repair numerous unique spare parts for the Abrams Tank, Bradley Fighting Vehicles and Wolverine weapon systems. Sources would be required to satisfy requirements by 01 January 2016. This effort will upgrade hardware configurations; test serviceability of field returns; repair Line Replaceable Units (LRUs) and Shop Replaceable Units (SRUs); disassemble excess, obsolete, or scrap down parts; issuing, receipt, packaging, and warehouse storage through use of a Government-Owned, Contractor-Operated (GOCO) facility and implementing Unique Identification (UID), where missing; and interim logistics support. These services are equivalent to services performed in a combined multiple-contractor repair depot, wholesale storage depot (GOCO), and U.S. Army Direct Support Maintenance Unit. The performance of this contract will be accomplished at Fort Hood, TX, any deployed locations (CONUS or OCONUS), and contractor repair facilities. Currently the only contractor providing this service is General Dynamic Land System.
