The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers intends to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) to replace Air Handling Units (AHU's) in various locations throughout the Carl Vinson Veterans Administration Medical Center (VAMC) in Dublin, GA. This will be a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside IAW FAR 19.1405. The NAICS Code is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction and the size standard is $31.0 Million. This will be a Firm-Fixed Price Construction Project. This project will combine five (5) separate projects into one contract. The work consists of replacing 1960's vintage style AHU's in five different locations in the Carl Vinson VAMC. The work will include addressing associated Sub-Systems, fan coil units, chilled water lines and other related work to replace and bring into successful operation five (5) separate AHU's.
