The work performed under this contract will consist of providing all design efforts, labor, materials, and equipment necessary to replace AHUs & VAVs in NPS Dorms PH1 at Keesler AFB, MS as specified in the Statement of Work, Specifications, and as shown in the drawings.
This acquisition will be conducted as a set aside for firm in a Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) utilizing Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) Procedures. Interested HUBZone firms may submit a proposal. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238220. The size standard is $19.0 Million. The Product Services Code (PSC) is N041. Magnitude of proposed construction is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. The Solicitation Package, Specifications, and Drawings (if applicable), will tentatively be posted on the Contract Opportunities Website: https://www.sam.gov on/or around 22 July 2024 with a tentative closing date of 21 Aug 2024. The contract performance period will be 360 days after receiving the Notice to Proceed.
