Work to include: The Contractor will furnish all necessary materials, labor, equipment, taxes, insurance, permits, transportation, and personnel necessary to replace the storefront doors and to be completed between October 2024 and February 2025. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Prospective bidders MUST attend the mandatory pre-bid job walk on 8/30/2024, at 9:00 AM at Madera Armory, 701 East Yosemite Avenue, Madera, CA 93638.
