Project No. ZNRE 04-1050, Replace Dorm HVAC, 331, Yokota Air Base, Japan. The project site is Bldg 331.  The requirement includes (but not limited to) the following scopes: (1) Mechanical Work: Replacement (or installation) of A/C (chiller) system. (2) Electrical Work: Replacement (or installation) of transformer, feeder cables, raceways, distribution panel and power wiring. (3) Architectural Work: Interior/exterior finishes including replacement of ceiling and wall. (4) Civil Work; Construct concrete block walls, concrete pads, manholes and sewer liens.  Performance Period: 180 calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Performance Bond, in the penal amount of 100% of the contract price is required. Site orientation will be held on 20 Jun 08, from 0900 hours. All offerors are encouraged to participate in the site orientation. If you are interested in participating in the site orientation, please contact the POC in advance.
