This RFP/RFQ is for the purchase of replacing pedestrian bridge, please see solicitation for requirements.

a. This is a Non-Work Plan Task Order for the follow ing MAIDIQ General Construction Contractors only. Contract W91QVN-18-D-0021, 0022, 0023, 0024, 0025, 0026, 0027, 0028, 0030, 0031, 0032, 0034, 0042, 0044,0045, 0046, 0048, 0049, 0050, 0051,0052, 0162.

b. Site Visit: All MATOC contractors w ho intend to propose on this solicitation are strongly recommended to attend the Site Visit. See Section L for the schedule.

c. If the contractor is unable to submit the proposal in response to this RFP, the contractor shall submit the "NO-OFFER LETTER" by closing
date and time specified in the solicitation.
