This is a subcontracting opportunity with Adams & Associates, Inc. and NOT with the USDOL.

Scope of Project:

1. Remove existing gutters, gutter ties, downspouts, adapters and fasteners. Provide and install on the East and West sides of Sullivan Hall approximately 280 LF of 8" aluminum gutter, approximately 80 LF of 10" aluminum gutter and approximately 674 LF of 4" x 6" extruded aluminum downspouts.
2. Remove existing gutters, gutter ties, downspouts and fasteners. Provide and install on the East and West sides of Building 27 approximately 102 LF of 8" aluminum gutter and approximately 76 LF of 4" x 6" extruded aluminum downspout.
3. Remove existing through wall scuppers, downspouts and fasteners on the North side of Building 20. Provide and install two new through wall aluminum scuppers and approximately 40 LF of 4" x 6" extruded aluminum downspout.

Note: A packet containing the exact location of all project deficiencies will be given out to all at the pre bid walk-through, which explains in detail the work to be completed.  Contractor must verify all details through attendance at a mandatory pre-bid walk through scheduled for October 29, 2013 at 10:00am.
