Request for Qualifications For Repositioning Consulting Services For The Peekskill Housing Authority The Peekskill Housing Authority (PHA and/or the Authority) is seeking proposals from Repositioning consultants to provide services to assist the Authority in determining the best approach to reposition PHA’s Low-Income Public Housing.
