SEALED BIDS will be accepted until 3:30 PM Arizona MST on Monday, March 27, 2023, at the Office of the Town Clerk, 7501 E. Skoog Blvd, Prescott Valley, AZ 86314. Shortly thereafter, the bids will be opened and read aloud. Bids received after the deadline will be returned unopened. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at10:00 a.m. Arizona MST on Tuesday March 21, 2023 in the Prescott Valley Civic Center Conference Room 330 - 7501 E. Skoog Blvd, Prescott Valley, AZ. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashiers check or surety bond for ten percent of the amount of the bid included in the bid proposal as a guarantee that the contractor will enter into a contract to perform the proposed services in accordance with plans and specifications.
