In general, the work consists of site preparations, removal, and disposal of existing 8-inch ACP water line, and installation of 540 feet of new 8-inch DIP water line. Contract documents and plans may be obtained from the Prescott Valley website at www.prescottvalley-az.gov , under “Bids & RFQs”, and www.publicpurchase.com , or if you need assistance in getting onto the Public Purchase website you can call the Prescott Valley Utilities Department at (928) 759-3070. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 2:00 PM Arizona MST on Monday, August 14, 2023, in the Civic Center, Room #330, at 7501 E. Skoog Blvd., Prescott Valley, Arizona 86314. SEALED BIDS will be accepted until 3:30 PM Arizona MST on Monday, August 28, 2023, at the Office of the Town Clerk, 7501 E. Skoog Blvd., Prescott Valley, AZ 86314. Shortly thereafter, the bid proposals will be opened and read aloud in Room #330. Bid proposals received after the deadline will be returned unopened. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier’s check, or surety bond for ten percent of the amount of the bid included in the bid proposal as a guarantee that the Contractor will enter into a contract to perform the proposal in accordance with plans and specifications.
