Please see attached Request for Firm Fixed Price Proposal along with SLAC's parameters and technical requirements.

This is for the procurement for an Electron Beam Lithography System.

Nano-X is a nanofabrication laboratory housed in the Arrillaga Science Center (B57). Instruments are being procured to fulfill the goals of the laboratory. An electron beam lithography system will need to be purchased to perform the writing for the nanostructures.

All Firm Fixed Price Proposals are due on Friday, July 6, 2018 at 4pm PST or sooner. (Please see attached Cover Page and Proposal Preparation Requirements)
