DLA Document Sercices Mechanicsburg PA 17050 is issuing this sources sought notice in seeking vendors who are potentially interested assuming the lease, from Canon Korea of 1,919 multi-functional devices that are currently in place in the pacific geographical region.

This sources sought notice is being submitted for market research purposes only. This source sought notice neither constitutes a Request for Proposal or Invitation for Bid, nor does it restrict the Government to an ultimate acquisition approach. Also, this sources sought notice should not be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose.

The Contractor will assume the responsibility of the 1,919 devices which are currently being leased through Canon Korea for the pacific region. The key responsibilities of this lease is to provide full service maintenance, all consumable supplies (excluding paper), key operator training, networking functionality, security accreditation along with technical and network installation support.

The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 532420 with a small business size standard of $32.5 Million.

Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the possible release a solicitation package.

All interested parties shall submit their response by 4 August 2016 (12:00PM EST) and include:
