This contract requires the contractor to, as part of the Counter Insurgency Targeting Program (CITP), perform research, conduct analysis and high value individual (HVI) target development, evaluate and assess intelligence information, integrate all-source intelligence focused on topics relevant to counterinsurgent network analysis and targeting, and create intelligence products in support of National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC), US National, and Theater priorities. The contractor shall train and deploy expert target development and device attribution analysts to support US and Coalition forces in areas of operation designated by the government.
