The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to initiate market research pursuant to Part 10 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR); it is not a Request for Proposal (RFP). The Govern
ment shall not pay for any information furnished in response to this RFI. The Request for Information is for planning purposes only and is issued in accordance with FAR Clause 52.215-3. No solicitation document exists at this time.
