The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID)'s Mission in Honduras is in the process of designing a new Strengthening Democratic Governance (SDG) Activity. 

The main purpose of this RFI is to: 

• Improve the understanding of Government requirements and industry capabilities, thereby allowing potential offerors to judge whether or how they can satisfy the Government’s requirements for an effective and successful management structure.

An additional purpose of this RFI is to increase the efficiency in proposal preparation and evaluation, negotiation, and contract award in the event USAID/Honduras elects to issue a solicitation requesting proposals. This RFI offers the opportunity for interested organizations and individuals to provide feedback, information, opinions, and recommendations on the management of the prospective activity described herein, and in particular, to respond to any/all of the seven (7) questions listed in the attached document. Responses should not exceed five (5) pages. Interested parties should submit their name, address, contact information, and information on business size and socioeconomic status. Additional information limited to the offerors’ corporate or organizational capability statement to carry out their approach and case studies supporting the strategies in the approach may be included as an annex. 

This RFI should not be construed as an opportunity to comment on the technical aspects of the solicitation.
