This Request for Information (RFI) is intended to gather feedback on the current contract process to ensure it effectively supports nurseries. This third round of contract grows solicitation is planned for release in spring 2025, covering a grow period of fall 2025 through June 2027. The contracts may be extended an additional year to accommodate typical plant delivery schedules in fall 2027/spring 2028.
