Vendors interested in responding to this RFI are requested to provide the following information:
1. Commercial market information and practices applicable to this requirement.
2. Estimated cost for SPM buoy and associated components.
3. Warranty terms and conditions.
4. Manufacturing lead time.
5. Delivery lead time (Location: Tengan, Okinawa, Japan)
6. Shortest possible manufacturing and delivery lead time.
7. Type of end product (i.e. Domestic End Product, Foreign End Product, or Other).
8. Origin of product/where the item is manufactured.
9. Trade Agreement issues to be aware of?
10. Typical method of Government procurement: Invitation for Bid or Request for Proposal (Best Value Trade Off or Lowest Price Technically Acceptable)
11. Any comments or potential issues regarding the draft specifications?
12. Any other information that may be pertinent.
Additionally, the following information is requested regarding the interested vendor:
1. Capability statement expressing interest in this requirement, describing your company and its capability to meet the requirements identified in the attached draft specifications.
2. Business size and type (i.e. Large, Small HUBZone, Disabled Veteran, etc.)
3. Cage Code and DUNS Number.
4. Registered in System for Award Management (www.sam.gov)?
