Southcentral Foundation (SCF) is pleased to provide this public notice regarding the solicitation of detailed proposals from Bidders interested in providing project management and construction services as the General Contactor for an approximately 3,076 square foot expansion of the Dena A. Coy building in Anchorage, Alaska. A Scope of Work (Exhibit A) and 10% conceptual set engineering drawings (Exhibit E) are provided in the RFP.
