The City of West Linn seeks proposals from qualified firms to provide professional planning services to complete the West Linn Waterfront Plan. The ideal consultant will bring: • Experience in long range planning processes • Experience with public outreach and engagement processes • Experience with writing development codes and design standards • Experience working with local government elected and appointed officials Proposals will be evaluated on the recommended approach to the tasks presented in the project scope, including an outline of a public engagement strategy, outreach methodologies, and proposed timeline.
