The Town of Fuquay-Varina Board of Commissioners has authorized funding for a qualified consultant to conduct a comprehensive Commercial Real Estate Market Analysis. The goal of this project is to provide an objective assessment of trends, demographics, economic conditions, and growth opportunities in Fuquay-Varina. This data-driven project will be used by the Town to support economic development strategies, planning, budget considerations, and future land use. The Town of Fuquay-Varina will use the process presented in this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to select a qualified firm to provide the commercial real estate market services requested. Professional services being requested include conducting public input and community informational meetings, employing data collection techniques to provide a representation of public demands and internal and external market factors and conditions.
