The City of Clovis is requesting quotes from interested and qualified vendors for the following equipment: A. One Hundred (100) Cisco IP Phones 8841, Part Number: CP-8841-K9= All proposals must only be submitted through the PlanetBids system. Proposals must include all requested items and quantities to be considered, no substitutions will be accepted. The City of Clovis intends to participate in Cisco’s IP Phone Trade-In program as part of this order. Do not include the trade-in amount in the bid, the expectation is that the discount will be applied after the vendor has been selected. Vendor must be a Cisco partner and familiar with Cisco’s tools to submit on the City’s behalf.
