Request for Terms for Bond Refinancing City of Cape Girardeau Description:The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri (the "City") is seeking terms from lenders to serve as the sole lender for a tax exempt, bank qualified, direct placment financing of approxiamately $5,160,000 to refinance the City's Series 2015A Special Obiligation Bonds. The City requests a 10-year fixed rate financing with principal paid annually and interest semi annually. Alternative structiures will be considered to the extent offered.
