The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technology Division (NSWC IHEODTD) has a sole source requirement for Logistics and Information Technology (IT) contract supporting the United States Navy (USN) Cartridge/Propellant Actuated Devices (CAD/PAD) Requirements Determination Model (RDM) for the CAD/PAD Joint Program Office (JPO). RDM is a web enabled application utilizing management, supply, procurement, production, maintenance, technical, and engineering data to determine future buys and repair requirements for CAD/PAD items.  This requirement will be negotiated on a sole source basis in accordance with the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 (a)(2)(ii)(A) with Garcia Information Systems Corporation (GISC) (CAGE Code 0LJZ6), White Plains, MD. NAICS Code 511210; dollars is $38.5 M; FSC Code R425. The requirement is planned as a non-competitive, non-commercial Firm Fixed Price type contract with a period of performance of 12 months.  This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. Vendors who feel capable of providing the services referenced above shall fully identify their interests and submit written data or other verifiable documentation that demonstrates conclusively their capabilities to provide the stated hardware within 10 days after publication of this synopsis.
