Overseas Bulk Procurement under the AEM Purchase Program for Fuel, Naval Distillate (F76), NSN: 9140-00-273-2377, specification MIL-DTL-16884L, dated October 23, 2006, quantity 54,800,000 U.S. Gallons for Purchase Program 1.1b, Turbine Fuel, Aviation (JP5), NSN: 9130-00-273-2379, specification MIL-DTL-5624U, dated January 5, 2004, quantity 14,740,000 U.S. Gallons for Purchase Program 1.1d; Turbine Fuel, Aviation (JA1), NSN: 9130-00-753-5026, product must conform to Defense Standard 91-91/Issue 6, dated April 8, 2008, as amended by Amendment 1, dated August 25, 2008, quantity 267,215,000 U.S. Gallons for Purchase Program 1.1i; and Turbine Fuel, Aviation (JP8), NSN: 9130-01-031-5816, specification MIL-DTL-83133F, dated April 11, 2008, quantity 187,900,000 U.S. Gallons for Purchase Program 1.1i. For Northeast Greenland the requirement is for Turbine Fuel, Aviation (JP8), NSN: 9130-01-031-5816, specification MIL-DTL-83133F, dated April 11, 2008, quantity 9,387,000 U.S. Gallons for Purchase Program 1.1j. The delivery period for the AEM items above under Purchase Programs 1.1b, 1.1d, and 1.1i is from July 1, 2010, through June 30, 2011, plus a 30-day carry-over period. The delivery period for the Northeast Greenland item under Purchase Program 1.1j is July 1, 2010, through August 31, 2010, plus a 30-day carry-over period.
